Ohhira’s OM-X® is a unique fermented food, elaborated following years of studies by renowned microbiologist Dr. Iichiroh Ohhira.
Ohhira’s OM-X® formulation is based on traditional Asian fermentation processes.
OM-X® preparation is inspired by traditional Asian fermented foods.
Vegetables, fruits, seaweeds and mushrooms are combined with pure mountain water and fermented for at least three years by a proprietary combination of 12 different lactic acid bacteria strains.
This long, carefully monitored fermentation means that all ingredients are fully processed, resulting in a high concentration of nutrients, vitamins, amino acids, dietary fibers, complex carbohydrates and antioxidants.
